Raphael Otte (M.Sc.) is a researcher at the Institute Future Energy (iFE) of the OWL University of Applied Sciences and Arts (TH OWL). He holds a Master's degree in Mechatronic Systems and a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering/Automation Technology from TH OWL. His work focuses on power electronics for regenerative energy systems, efficiency-optimized switching power supply topologies, and wide-bandgap semiconductor-based prototype development.
