Raphael Hanselle is a research assistant at the Institute Future Energy (iFE) at the Ostwestfalen-Lippe University of Applied Sciences and Arts since May 2021. He holds an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Mechatronics from the University of Paderborn (2020), following a B.Sc. in the same field (2016).
Research Focus: His work centers on model-based control system development, software design for electronic control units (ECUs), and networking of automotive systems. He contributes to the MonoCab OWL project, which explores automated monorail shuttles using reactivated railroad infrastructure.
