Raphael Bruce is a Research Fellow at Insper, focusing on development economics, political economy, and public policy analysis. He previously served as a Visiting Student Researcher in the 2025-2026 program and earned his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of São Paulo (USP), with a Master's (2015) and Bachelor's (2013) from USP and Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), respectively. His career includes roles at Climate Policy Initiative (CPI/PUC-Rio) and the World Bank.
