Raphaël Besson

Raphaël Besson is an urban socioeconomics expert with a doctorate in territorial sciences. He founded the consultancy firm Villes Innovations in 2013, based in Marseille and Grenoble, and serves as an associate researcher at the PACTE laboratory.
