Randy Singer is a Senior Lecturing Fellow at Regent Law School and managing partner of Singer Davis, LLC. He holds a law degree from William and Mary Law School, graduating second in his class. With over 35 years of legal practice, Singer specializes in high-profile litigation, including landmark cases such as Farley v. Guns Unlimited (sparking national debate on gun control) and Miller v. Somerville (proving poisoning by a stepmother). He currently represents victims of international terrorism, securing multi-million-dollar judgments against entities supporting terrorism, including Iran.
In academia, Singer has taught Trial Practice, Virginia Procedure, and the Art of Advocacy at Regent Law School for nearly three decades. He has also led a Civil Litigation practicum and plans to teach courses on international rights in terrorism contexts and advanced torts during the 2020/21 academic year. Additionally, he serves as lead teaching pastor at Trinity Church, a congregation with 2,000 weekly attendees across six campuses, including international locations. Trinity was named one of North America’s top 100 fastest-growing churches in 2019.
A bestselling author, Singer has published 16 books in multiple languages, recognized as award-winning works. His contributions to legal education, litigation, and community leadership span decades, blending professional expertise with religious and academic engagement.
