Randy Patton

Randy Patton is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of English, part of the College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. His research focuses on the intersection of student self-expression and digital platforms, including social media, video, and games. He advocates for integrating new media models into traditional pedagogical frameworks to harness collaborative learning strategies students develop independently online.
