Randy Kohl

Randy Kohl is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Occupational Science & Technology at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, College of Health Sciences. With over 20 years of teaching experience, he specializes in therapeutic recreation, adaptive sports, brain injury, aging, and disability. His work emphasizes inclusion and community recreation, delivered through distance education formats including scheduled and self-paced online courses.

His expertise extends to online and hybrid teaching methods, brain injury interventions, and adaptive sports equipment.

Scientific awards include the 2012 Service Award from Wisconsin Senior Olympics and consecutive Outstanding Member of the Year recognitions (2002-2003) from the Therapeutic Recreation Association of Greater Milwaukee.
