Ramya Sakthivel

Ramya Sakthivel is an Assistant Professor of Business Administration at Jönköping International Business School (JIBS), affiliated with the Media, Management and Transformation Centre (MMTC). Her research focuses on interventions promoting environmentally responsible decision-making and sustainable practices in organizations, with expertise in Organizational Sustainability, Organizational Behavior, and Behavioral Ethics.
