Ramon Maiz Suarez

Ramon Maiz Suarez is a Professor Emeritus in the Department of Political Science and Sociology at the University of Santiago de Compostela's Faculty of Political and Social Sciences. His research focuses on political theory, nationalism, and federalism, with particular emphasis on Galician regionalism and Spanish politics.

His publications examine nationalism evolution, federal systems, and political ideologies. Recent work analyzes educational policy impacts on Spanish federalism and nationalist identity construction in Galicia.
