Dr. Ramneet Kaur is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biology at Columbus State University. She holds a Ph.D. in Biotechnology and completed postdoctoral training in cancer biology at Harvard Medical School and Emory University. Her teaching portfolio includes Cell and Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Anatomy & Physiology, Bioinformatics, and General Biology courses for both majors and non-majors.
Her research focuses on investigating the effects of natural products (e.g., ginger, garlic, turmeric) on triple-negative breast cancer and androgen-independent prostate cancer stem cells. This work has been supported by research grants and published in scientific journals.
