Ramadan DOĞAN is an Assistant Professor at Trakya University Faculty of Theology, where he has served since 2013. His career spans roles at Istanbul University, ELTE University (Hungary), and Gotse Delchev University (Macedonia) as a lecturer and visiting instructor. He holds a PhD in Classical Turkish Literature from Istanbul University (2011) and a Master's in Old Turkish Literature from Marmara University (2006).

Notable awards include plaques from TÜMISAD (2012) and MATÜSITEB-ENSAR Association (2013).
Scientific contributions include key works on Ahmed-i Âmidi's Yusuf u Züleyhâ, Mustafa Behcet Bin Muhammed Sâlim's Azvâul-Bahçe, and Ishak Çelebi's Divan poetry. His publications analyze lexical symbolism, textual criticism, and Sufi teachings within Turkic and Islamic contexts.
Administrative roles include Director of the Language Education and Teaching Research and Application Center (2021–2024), Head of the Seminary Department (2014–2024), and Head of the Department of Turkish-Islamic Literature and Islamic Arts (2013–2021). He has also served as a Turkish language instructor in Hungary and Macedonia.
