Ram Band

Ram Band is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Mathematics, Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, currently on a sabbatical leave at the Institut für Mathematik, Universität Potsdam. He collaborates closely with Prof. Dr. Matthias Keller's spectral graph theory group and Dr. Siegfried Beckus, focusing on spectral problems in ergodic Schrödinger operators and quantum graphs.

• Research Interests: Spectral Geometry, Laplacian eigenfunctions on Manifolds, Quantum Graphs, Combinatorial Graphs, Nodal (and Neumann) domains, Quasi-periodic operators, Spectral properties, and Quantization Models on Graphs.
• Students: PhD students Yannik Thomas, Lior Tenenbaum, and Gilad Sofer are actively involved in his current research projects.
• Collaborations: His work spans collaborations with spectral graph theory groups at both Technion and Universität Potsdam, emphasizing interdisciplinary approaches to spectral analysis.
