Raluca Papadima

Raluca Papadima is Assistant Professor at Campbell Law School, teaching Business Organizations, M&A, and International Business Transactions. She previously practiced corporate law at Latham & Watkins and Greenberg Traurig in New York. Holding multiple law degrees including from Harvard and Sorbonne, she received University of Bucharest awards for teaching and dissertation excellence.

Publications include Droit européen et comparé des sociétés et des affaires and casebooks on Anglo-Saxon business law. She clerked at the European Court of Human Rights and Delaware Supreme Court.
