Dr. Ralph Noble is the Dean of the College of Agriculture, Family and Consumer Sciences at South Carolina State University, where he contributes to academic leadership and research initiatives focused on small farmers' challenges and youth mentorship in agriculture. He joined SCSU in 2022 as Associate Research Director for 1890 Research & Extension before being appointed dean in 2023.
