Prof. Dr. Ralf Stegmaier is a Professor of Business Psychology at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences, affiliated with the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences (WiSo). He has held this position since 2009, following his habilitation at Heidelberg University (2008) and PhD (2000). His research focuses on leadership, organizational change management, and occupational health management.
