Ralf Geis

Ralf Geis serves as President of the Administrative Court of Koblenz and holds a Lecturer position in Public Law at the University of Koblenz-Landau since 2003. He earned his doctorate in administrative informatics from the same university.

His career includes roles at the Federal Constitutional Court, Higher Administrative Court of Rhineland-Palatinate, and the Rhineland-Palatinate Ministry of Justice. He has been leading the Koblenz Administrative Court since 2011.

Teaching focuses on public law, with a summer semester course titled 'Public Law' co-taught with colleagues. Research interests span public service law, commercial law, public economic law, and regulations governing liberal professions.
