Rakin Hoq

Dr. Rakin Hoq is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC). He serves as teaching faculty in the College of Medicine and leads mental health consultation services at Shawn Jenkins Children's Hospital. His clinical and research focus includes early childhood trauma, family dynamics, medical education in psychiatry, and addressing mental health disparities.
