He emphasizes 'precision health care delivery' that considers side effects, quality of life, financial and logistical considerations, and other factors that impact patients' lives beyond just the cancer itself. Because myeloma is an incurable cancer that patients may live with for years, Dr. Banerjee is passionate about minimizing the burden myeloma places on patients' lives.
His extensive publication record includes over 100 peer-reviewed articles focusing on multiple myeloma, cellular immunotherapies, and patient-centered care. His recent research has explored digital health interventions during stem cell transplantation, financial toxicity in hematologic malignancies, and innovations in CAR-T therapy management. Analysis of his most recent publications reveals a strong focus on improving treatment outcomes while reducing patient burden, with particular attention to digital health solutions and precision delivery of care.
