Raghav Venkatraman is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Utah. His research focuses on applied analysis, particularly problems at the intersection of calculus of variations, PDEs, geometric analysis, and materials science. His work develops fundamental mathematical approaches to problems in continuum mechanics and physical systems.
Venkatraman's research is supported by the National Science Foundation. He earned his PhD from Indiana University and completed postdoctoral positions at the Courant Institute and Carnegie Mellon University.
