Raffaele Bifulco is a Full Professor of Constitutional Law in the Department of Law at the University of Rome Luiss Guido Carli. He has held academic positions at multiple institutions, including Associate Professor at the University of Bari (1999–2000), Full Professor at the University of Lecce (2000–2003), and Department Director at the University of Naples Parthenope (2003–2013). He has also taught at Roma Tre (Faculty of Economics), La Sapienza (Faculty of Economics), and served as a visiting professor at the University of Toulouse I (Faculty of Law) across 2005–2010.
