Professor Rafał Kubicki is a distinguished historian at the University of Gdańsk's Faculty of History, Institute of History, Division of General Medieval History. Holding his professorship since 2021, he specializes in medieval and early modern Church history, socioeconomic structures of the Teutonic Order in Prussia, Hanseatic urban society, rural medieval systems, 19th-century monastic dissolution, and archival science.
