Rafail Ostrovsky

Rafail Ostrovsky is a Professor of Computer Science and Mathematics at UCLA, affiliated with the Center for Information and Computation Security at the Henry Samueli School of Engineering and Applied Science. He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from MIT in 1992 under Silvio Micali.
