Rafał Dutkiewicz is a Research Fellow at Robert Bosch Academy and an Honorary Member of Academia Europaea. A Polish national born in 1959, he served as Mayor of Wrocław from 2002 to 2018 and held academic positions as a Senior Lecturer at Technical University Wrocław (1989–1994) and Lecturer/Senior Lecturer at Catholic University Lublin (1982–1992).
