Rae Morris

Rae Morris is a PhD candidate at the University of British Columbia's School of Social Work where she serves as a sessional instructor teaching advanced clinical practice courses in the Master of Social Work program. She concurrently works as a Research Assistant with the Canadian Institute for Inclusion and Citizenship, contributing to projects focused on community, workforce, and services inclusion for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Her research explores neurodiversity-affirming practices, inclusive service models, and community integration frameworks. Professional activities include directing Rae Morris Counselling Group, a neurodiversity- and identity-affirming clinical practice specializing in individual and family therapy.
