Dr. Fuller's research focuses on student internship and practicum experiences, recreation and family bonding, and leadership development. She also specializes in leisure planning and management, as well as resource management for recreation services.
She teaches foundational courses such as Introduction to Recreation, Parks and Leisure Services; Management of Park and Recreation Facilities; Legal Processes in Recreation, Parks & Leisure Services; and Wildlife as a Recreation Resource. Her workshops emphasize effective meetings, staff/volunteer training, processing recreation experiences, team-building initiatives, and personal/professional creativity.
