Rachel Young is a Ciriacy-Wantrup Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Goldman School of Public Policy and Global Policy Lab at UC Berkeley. She will join the University of Minnesota's Humphrey School of Public Affairs as an Assistant Professor in 2026.
