Dr. Rachel Winograd holds dual roles as Associate Professor in the Department of Psychological Sciences at the University of Missouri–St. Louis and Assistant Research Professor at the Missouri Institute of Mental Health. Her work focuses on substance use disorders, harm reduction, and opioid treatment. She completed her graduate training at the University of Missouri-Columbia and a pre-doctoral internship at the VA St. Louis Health Care System.
