Rachel Tambling is a Professor in the Department of Human Development and Family Sciences at the University of Connecticut, within the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Her research focuses on behavioral health interventions, health equity, and the impact of social determinants on service utilization. She leads the Clinical Outcome and Process Research Lab, exploring therapy engagement, retention, and outcomes in mental health and substance use treatments.
