Rachel Steele is an Associate Professor of Psychology at Salisbury University. She teaches courses in Social Psychology, Political Psychology, Psychology of Power and Privilege, and Research Methods. She holds a PhD in Social Psychology from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst (2016), an MA in Peace and Justice Studies from the University of San Diego (2005), and a BA in Psychology from Seattle Pacific University (2002). Her current research lab focuses on intergroup relations and prejudice, specifically analyzing qualitative data about beliefs regarding gender identity and sexual orientation.
