Rachel Spring

Rachel Spring is an Assistant Professor in the Conservation Science Group at the Department of Zoology, University of Cambridge. Her work focuses on ecology and conservation science, particularly addressing biodiversity decline, insect conservation in farmland, and the impacts of anthropogenic changes on wildlife. She contributes to the department's research themes in Ecology and Conservation Science, with projects aligned to understanding conservation policy effectiveness, insect movement in agricultural landscapes, and tropical/aquatic biodiversity initiatives through the Whitten Programme.
