Rachel Levy serves as a Lecturer in Economic Sciences at the National School of Agricultural Education (ENSFEA), University of Toulouse, and is affiliated with the Laboratory for Study and Research on Economics, Policies and Social Systems (LEREPS). Her work bridges academic research with regional agricultural policy development in Occitanie.

- FFASE (2022-2023): Endogenous knowledge mapping for agroecology trainer programs in France/West Africa
She contributes to the UNESCO Chair 'Economy and Societies' and Bernard Maris Chair, supervising doctoral candidates while advancing interdisciplinary approaches to territorial resilience.
