Dr. Rachel Leslie is a Lecturer in the School of Education at the University of Southern Queensland, specializing in Curriculum and Pedagogy with a focus on Educational Psychology. She holds a BEd from Queensland University of Technology (QUT), and MEd, MGuidCouns, and PhD from USQ. Her research centers on educational equity, microaggressions in schools, and the experiences of children with dyslexia and their families.
Her work emphasizes systemic barriers in education, particularly for marginalized groups such as LGBTIQ+ students and neurodiverse children.
