Rachel Klein

Rachel Klein, PhD is an Emeritus Member of the Scientific Research Council at the Child Mind Institute and former Fascitelli Family Professor of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at NYU School of Medicine. She held leadership roles including Director of the Anita Saltz Institute for Anxiety and Mood Disorders (1999-2017) and served on key national committees including the FDA Expert Consultant Panel and President's Commission on Mental Health. Her academic career spans over five decades with affiliations at Columbia University, National Institute of Mental Health, and multiple professional organizations.
