Rachel Jefferies

Rachel Jefferies is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Gloucestershire, where she has served as Academic Subject Lead for Nursing and Academic Course Lead for the BSc (Hons) Adult Nursing program over the past 7 years. She currently leads the Practice Based Learning 4 - Leading and Managing Care in Practice module, which focuses on equipping second-year nursing students with leadership and management tools for clinical settings.
