Rachel Harrington-Abrams

Rachel Harrington-Abrams is a postdoctoral Research Officer (Adaptation Finance) at the London School of Economics (LSE), specializing in interdisciplinary environmental governance. She contributes to the ATTENUATE project, which focuses on UK adaptation investment potential and enabling environments for adaptation finance.
