Rachel Fisher

Rachel Fisher is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Iowa within the School of Journalism and Mass Communication, Department of Journalism and Mass Communication. She holds a Master of Arts in Communication Studies with an emphasis in corporate communication and is currently pursuing a PhD in Leadership & Change. Her research focuses on employee motivation, engagement, and organizational growth. She provides leadership, motivation, and marketing training to organizations across the U.S.
