Rachel Copeland, Ed.D., is an Assistant Professor and full-time faculty member in the School of Education at Regent University. She serves as Program Director for the M.Ed. K-12 Special Education, M.Ed. Reading Specialist, Exceptional Education Executive Leadership, and Special Education Doctoral Programs. Her roles include teaching online courses in reading and special education, as well as overseeing mentorship programs for interns in licensure pathways.
Dr. Copeland holds an Ed.D. (Doctor of Education), an Ed.S. in Educational Leadership, and an M.Ed. in K-12 Special Education with an Autism Certificate from Regent University, alongside a B.S. in Early Childhood Education from Malone University. With over a decade of experience in elementary education, special education mentorship, and program leadership, she prioritizes preparing educators to impact their fields through Christian values.
