Rachel Chrapot is a Senior Lecturer in Law at Monash University, with extensive experience in legal education and professional practice. She holds advanced degrees including a Master of Business Administration (Deakin University, 2024), Master of Law (University of Melbourne, 2001), and dual Bachelor's degrees in Law and Arts (Bond University/Monash University).
Her research focuses on legal training methodologies, as evidenced by her 2007 article in the Alternative Law Journal. She has held leadership roles such as CEO of Kadimah Jewish Cultural Centre (2021–2024) and Soap Aid Ltd (2019–2022), and currently serves as a Board member at Deakin University and Supervising Lawyer at the Leo Cussen Centre for Law.
Professional milestones include completion of the Australian Institute of Company Directors' Graduate Course (2018) and over two decades of legal practice including roles as a Barrister at the Victorian Bar and Judges' Associate at the Supreme Court of Victoria.
