RAMAZAN GÜN

Dr. Ramazan GÜN is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, Faculty of Health Sciences at Bingöl University. He holds a PhD in Food Engineering from Atatürk University (2022) and a Master's in Food Safety from the University of Birmingham (2014). His academic roles include serving as Chair of the Community Nutrition Subdepartment and Deputy Coordinator at PİKOM. He manages the 'Honey Filling, Packaging, and Basic Comb Production Facility' and has led or participated in 7+ research projects funded by TÜBİTAK and regional initiatives. His teaching includes courses like Functional Foods and Food Chemistry.

Research focuses on food safety, honey adulteration detection, and food engineering. He has published in SCI-Expanded journals and presented at international conferences. His work addresses antibiotic residues in honey, physico-chemical analysis of food products, and innovations in food quality control.
