R. Jon McGee

R. Jon McGee is a Professor at Texas State University and serves as the Director of the Summer Study in Canterbury Program. Since 1980, he has conducted extensive research on the Lacandon Maya, focusing on Maya religion, language, culture, anthropology of religion, cultural theory, and field research methods. He also leads an annual study abroad program in Canterbury, England.
