R. Anthony Rolle is a Professor at the University of South Florida’s College of Education, specializing in the Department of Leadership, Policy, and Lifelong Learning. He previously served as Dean of the USF College of Education from 2021 to 2024, and earlier as Dean at the Alan Shawn Feinstein College of Education & Professional Studies at the University of Rhode Island, as well as in leadership roles at the University of Houston and Texas A&M University.
Dr. Rolle is a nationally recognized scholar in K-12 education finance and economic policy, known for developing models measuring school system effectiveness and efficiency. His work spans special needs education funding, educational productivity, and policy reform, with a focus on international collaboration and community partnerships.
