Rüstem GÜL

Prof. Dr. Rüstem GÜL is a Professor at the Department of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Iğdır University. He holds a PhD from Fırat University (1985) in Civil Engineering, specializing in heavy metal adsorption in soils and ferrochrome slag utilization. His academic roles include serving as Dean of Iğdır University (2018–2021) and Head of the Civil Engineering Department. He has extensive experience in teaching courses like Structural Analysis and Advanced Structural Engineering.
