Päivi Maria Rasi-Heikkinen is a Professor of Education at the University of Lapland's Faculty of Education, with a secondary appointment as an Associate Professor in Media Education. She holds a PhD in Education and an SScD in Social Psychology. Her research focuses on lifelong learning, media literacy education, and digital inclusion of older populations.
