Pritish Behuria is a Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor at the University of Manchester's Global Development Institute (GDI), where he also serves as Research Group Convenor for the State-Society Relations Group and Pathway Lead for the MSc International Development program. He holds a British Academy Mid-Career Fellowship (2024–2025) and is an Affiliate at the Sustainable Consumption Institute. His academic journey includes a PhD in Development Studies from SOAS (2015) and prior teaching roles at LSE and SOAS.
