Pradeep Debata is a Research Fellow at the Centre for International Human Resource Management within the Cambridge Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge. His work focuses on the integration of AI technologies in organizational models, sustainability, and capital market innovations like Green Bonds.

Research Interests

Pradeep investigates how AI reshapes corporate operating models and strategic decision-making. He also explores sustainability finance, particularly the role of Green Bonds in climate action, and synergies between AI and sustainable capital market instruments.
