Pouloudi Nancy

Athanasia (Nancy) Pouloudi is a Professor of Information Systems Management and currently serves as Vice-Rector of International Cooperation and Growth at the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB), Greece since September 2024. She holds a BSc in Informatics from AUEB, and an MSc and PhD in Information Systems from the London School of Economics, UK.

Her research focuses on organizational and social issues in Information Systems (IS) adoption and implementation, with contributions to top journals such as the Journal of the Association for Information Systems and the European Journal of Information Systems. She has led EU-funded projects on e-business, e-government, digital health, and gender equality in academia, including 'digymatex.eu' (children’s digital maturity) and 'targeted-mpi.eu' (gender equality in business schools).

Dr. Pouloudi has held editorial roles, including Senior Editor of the European Journal of Information Systems and membership on editorial boards of JAIS and others. She received the 2016 AIS Sandra Slaughter Service Award and the 2020 AIS Technology Challenge Award for her academic service.
