Pooneh Lari is an Assistant Teaching Professor in the Department of Educational Leadership, Policy, and Human Development at North Carolina State University. She serves as the Program Coordinator for the M.Ed. in Training and Development program. With 16 years of experience in higher education, her expertise spans instructional design, workforce development, and adult learning. She holds a Doctor of Education from NC State, a Master of Science in Instructional Design/Technology from Bloomsburg University, and a Master of Science in Human Resources from Western Carolina University.
