Piotr Makowski

Dr. Piotr Makowski is affiliated with the University of Warsaw as a member of the Department of Oriental Archaeology. His research focuses on the archaeology of the Byzantine and Islamic Near East, with particular emphasis on settlement patterns, Christian communities during the Byzantine-Islamic transition, and material culture analysis.
