About
Dr. Ping Li is an Associate Professor in the Department of Chemistry at Kansas State University. His research focuses on enzymology, synthetic organic chemistry, and molecular biology to study biologically important enzymes and proteins. He holds a Ph.D. from Duke University and completed postdoctoral training at MIT and Duke University. His work spans three key areas: polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA) biosynthesis, lignin degradation enzyme systems, and protein methyltransferases in epigenetics.
