About
Pilleriin Peedosk is a Lecturer in Public Procurement Law at the University of Tartu's School of Law (Faculty of Social Sciences) since 2023. Concurrently, she serves as Head of Procurement at Elering AS. She holds a Master's degree (2019) and is currently pursuing a PhD focused on EU public procurement law under the supervision of Mari Ann Simovart.
Her research explores:
- Public procurement compliance mechanisms
- EU legal principles in governmental contracting
- Administrative law frameworks for 'make-or-buy' decisions
She contributes to the research project 'Public administration vs public procurement: legal aspects of a make or buy decision' (2022-2025), funded by the Estonian Research Council (€700,350).
Administratively, she is a member of the Estonian Bar Association (2021–present).
